Coflore Flow Reactor Range

The Coflore Agitated Cell Reactor (ACR) is an actively mixed, bench-top flow reactor, used within a laboratory environment for developing and optimising scalable flow chemistry solutions, or for when limited quantities of reactants or material are available or required.
The reactor process channel is divided into ten inter-connected reactor cells, equivalent to ten CSTRs in series for plug flow performance.
Processes designed and optimised in the Coflore ACR can be scaled up to multi-kilogram and multi-tonne production in the Coflore ATR and Coflore RTR flow reactors.
The Coflore Agitated Tube Reactor (ATR) is an actively mixed, tubular flow reactor made up of up to eight reactor tubes in series, operating from 0.35 L to 10 L in reactor volume. Two reactor tube sizes of 0.35 L and 1.25 L in volume are available.
Plug flow performance of the Coflore ATR is equivalent to many tens of CSTRs in series, producing material at the multi-kilogram pilot scale.
Processes performed in the Coflore ATR can be scaled up to multi-tonne production in the Coflore RTR flow reactor.
The Coflore Rotating Tube Reactor (RTR) is an actively mixed, self-baffling, ten-stage tubular flow reactor, operating as ten CSTRs in series for plug flow performance.
The Coflore RTR operates a 100 L reactor volume that is capable of processing countless reactor volumes without interruption at the production scale. Such throughputs have the potential to produce many thousands of tonnes of material per year from a single reactor.
Processes designed and optimised in the Coflore ACR and ATR flow reactors can be scaled up to multi-tonne production in the Coflore RTR.
